Our Principles.
Our primary aim is to create a home for elderly people who can no longer manage their own homes or care for
themselves in the way in which they would like to. We endeavor to create a warm caring atmosphere in which
our residents can live as normally as possible, and in which their individuality, independence and
personal dignity is respected.

We promote individuality and independence, by encouraging our
residents to care for themselves as much as possible,
particularly with regard to washing and bathing. We will of course assist any resident who requires help with these functions.
When our staff are helping residents with any tasks, we aim to
ensure dignity at all times.
In addition, residents are encouraged to go out and about in the community with family and friends, and to engage in those activities
that they enjoy.
Alternatively residents can invite friends and family into the home for a chat over a cup of tea or coffee, or to join in any activities
we have running.
We regularly seek feedback from our residents as to how we are performing, this is achieved through residents meetings. In addition
our residents are free to speak to our management at anytime.
